Orca Fit Refund Policy Effective Date: December 12, 2025

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your gear. If the fit isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: No sweat, perfume, or deodorant marks.

  • Original Condition: Tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken).

  • Face masks.

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale".

How to Return

  1. Email us at with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. We will send you a shipping label or instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 5-10 business days.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Alexandria & Delta: 3-4 Business Days – [Insert Price, e.g., 60 EGP]

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 4-6 Business Days – [Insert Price, e.g., 75 EGP]

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD for orders within Egypt.

  • Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

  • Important: Refusing a shipment upon arrival without a valid reason will result in your phone number/address being blacklisted from future COD orders.

Lost/Missing Packages Orca Fit is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
